Debug Mode to Report Dynamic FKF Values #140

Can a debug mode be added that tracks the dynamic Q, R, P(?), and K(?)? That way we can see it moving and how it might be better to set the initial values. Kind of how you can track how the Dynamic Notch filter moves throughout a flight. Plus it would settle the dispute of the "fixed K" vs. dynamic FKF.
