I'm just now hearing about butter flight, and I read the website home page -- couple questions:

why not PR to betaflight? Isn't collaboration better than forking?
I'm all for improving the simplicity of the configurator, but I couldn't see any specifics on the home page -- what are they?

Butterflight is pretty much dead now. If you want to fly something similar give EmuFlight a try. https://github.com/emuflight/EmuFlight-Butter-Varient/releases
