RDQ Mach2 fixed queue-full detection and port options #46

Smart Audio queue full detection now also depends on the vtx_akk_hack cli option to return the truth about the queue being full.

Port options reverted to the pre-broken initial value in case the vtx_akk_hack is enabled.

I just tested this (RC2) with a Mach2 and and MatekF405 and the FC can't control the VTX. I tried with both akk legacy on and off and neither work. It does work if I use the maintenance release provided by RDQ.
