XR Animator (weird mold-like lines): bandicam 2023-12-29 16-26-53-139 MMD (normal): bandicam 2023-12-29 16-27-35-621 What's causing this stuff to appear?

It looks like a polygon normal issue but it's hard to tell without actually inspecting the model.
