Window is offscreen and refuses to be moved #81

When I open the window, it goes to the bottom right of the screen and I can't move it, because for some reason it's disabled. I've tried every program I can, it does NOT want to move.

I can't use the buttons on the bottom

I had to go into the save file to change the position, and ONLY THEN, the anime girl told me I can move the window with right mouse I have spent minutes stressing over this and it was solved by something that could've been on the main page
