Implements the following for 1.18.2:

Localisation
IMC blacklisting
Configuration blacklisting + method dump

Also resolves the following issues:

The saved shader configuration/selection wasn't being loaded correctly (#28)
The shader blacklist could not be edited in-game using Configured (#33)
