Review and some repo cleaning. #7

Clean repository of unnecessary files,
change names to be more convenient to use in linux terminal environment,
remove compressed archives with old versions (the repo is for versioning),
remove old versions of Beaglebone Gateway,
add .gitignore file to ignore backup and temporary files created by KiCad.
