32-bit version of OpenXR MotionCompensation. When running 32-bit games the API-layers need to be 32-bit also.

Separate 32-bit installer.
Tested with Richard Burns Rally and HelloXR, using physical and virtual tracker (quest+flypt).
Can be installed simultaneously with the standard 64-bit version, They are separate installs, but shares configuration.
