Some of the rogue simulations I cannot load effective radius to compute shapes.

Changed ImageCollection.py to only run on 'goodhalos'

Rerunning ImageCollection now.

ImageCollection.py is extremely ram intensive, I am trying to make it more efficient so that it can run, without making emu run out of memory, and probably causing issues with the script.

Try running on glaurung

Fixed several Issues

Properly initialize shared dictionaries while the overwrite option is set.
Convert pymp shared dictionaries to regular dictionaries for saving.
Run on Glaurung for more ram.
