Issue: running shapes analysis on Marvel using pynbody beta yields unphysical values. effective radius also fails to compute for redshifts earlier than z = 0. Try making images?

I bet this is fixed, now that I have made tolerance much more explicit. If a shape does not converge to values of .01, the output value will be nan
