feat: provinces flags and coat of arms #77

Based on opened issues I added flags and coat of arms to all provinces.

Only for Girona, Lledia, Alicante, Casteleón, Vallencia and La Coruna it seems there is no official flag (although some unofficial cycle around), so I left those fields null.

Had to update couple of test data as well.
