feat: add cities of the province of A Coruña #78

Based on List of flags and List of coats of arms + some handmade changes. ChatGPT was used to extract most of the links, hopefully all are correct.

But even for "just" 93 entries it takes ages. We will have to automate if this should ever be finished...

You are right we need to automate this cause there are +8k cities. Your links are very helpful even if we go the handmade way.

Are you using the free version of ChatGPT?

I have the paid version. Plus I use "BrowserOp" plugin to gain access to the actual internet. But either I am not skilled enough to give the prompt, or it is not clever enough to handle this smoothly.

However, I wrote a Java tool meanwhile, which I hope might be useful for us - https://github.com/AloisSeckar/wiki-image-crawler - so far it only prints out the URLs, but I want to enhance it to put the results inside cities.json.
