Edit: Running the program for the first time should probably run the user through a tutorial with a concise yet complete usecase graph that explains to him how Pyflow works and why the way it works makes it more useful than other editors

Every alpha tester could not understand how visual flow works and why it works the way it does.

We probably need tutorial videos or tooltips and the user should see them before using Pyflow

In the second closed beta, I observed that testers:

• start by running run_left on each block (like in Jupyter) instead of using run_left to run the last block of the chain
• take a long time to understand run_right
• do not use shortcuts

Some suggestions of solutions from the beta:

• We could have a detailed tutorial page on github and in a Help menu
• We could have a tutorial mode when the user first launches Pyflow, where we would help the user navigate a ipyg to discover every feature
• We could change the run_left and run_right symbols (#218)
