feat(backup): add details inside the `.tar.gz` backup file #7

Currently, when you back-up the database, it simply creates a .tar.gz archive which can be used to restore your data in case of something bad happen.

Unfortunately, there's no information about the script version that built the archive, the version of the server the database was running on or any other related information.
