I added gitignore to ignore all *appdata.txt so we can create appfiles that hold information specific for each user. Please merge this change with branch 1.0.

For example:

• the Intan_gui_appdata.txt stores recently opened data files for quick access. This will be different for each user and will result in merge conflicts.
• the vsd_pipeline_tsm has a file path I may want to change. Now to store this, just create a vsd_appdata.txt that has this path.

I also ignored all .asv files which are temporary matlab code files automatically generated to undo changes.
