docs(sheets): fix broken links #419

Replace relative URLs with absolute URLs

fixes #418

Unfortunately, this file will be overwritten next time the V4 API is updated and should not be edited. *.mako files are the ones that generate the links for docs, and they can use the documentation_link field to build a full URL I presume.

As this PR can't be merged, I am closing it, but hope there will be another one that edits the generator.
