Upgrade to windows-sys v0.42 #59

Sorry about the compile error in the last go! This one should work better, @Byron!

This time with the required fix to account for the changes in windows-sys. See #57 and #58.

Haha, no worries at all. Sometimes a lot of small bugs come together to have real impact. Using Safari most of the time I am already used to buggy everything, including weird caching on GitHub that sometimes shows old states of issues and PRs.

Anyway, here is the new release.
