Enable use of Flowplayer license for fallback player #2

Since the code uses Flowplayer as a fallback, it would be awesome if I could 
use my multi-domain 
license to remove the watermark on the flash player.

It's currently possible to customize the player instance using this method:

However, this is far from perfect! If you could explain how one goes about 
using a 
commercial flowplayer instance normally, I'll look into getting this done.

I think that you can do this using the method detailed here:
