GearSwap - help command and md file #394

Add a help command to gearswap.

Add a .md file to the main directory.

md file is done. Help command should honestly just be a reference to the md file.

Added a help command that's not very helpful, which is the best that can be expected in the few (potentially very narrow) console lines available to me.
