Pointwatch - Silt/Bead support #397

Any chance of adding Escha Silt and Beads to Pointwatch?

Looks like not. The values are only updated in memory when you open the Currencies 2 menu, and keeping some kind of running total would require me to find and update message IDs zone-by-zone after each update.
