The evidence file and annotation file #3

Hello,

I cannot find the evidence file and the annotation file (which contains column Run, Channel, Condition, BioReplicate, Mixture) from the git. I have noticed that the 'tables.pdf' mentioned the evidence file. Could you guide me the location of those files?

Hi,

The evidence file was not uploaded to the repository since this file is not used for the analysis and is really large. However, I can look for it and upload it if you really need it.
