Add github metrics for this repository #56

Implementation of lowlighter/metrics to be added in the README.md for clarification to visitors.

Added:

• New GitHub Actions pipeline named Metrics that uses lowlighter/metrics@latest, fetches data from the current repository Insight tab and then generates a github-metrics.svg file in the source folder to then be displayed as a card in the README.md.

NEEDS be done so the pipeline is fully functional:

• Create a GitHub Token with the needed and least amount of permission.
• Update the repository secret variable METRICS_TOKEN in the Actions section of the repository with the value of the created token.
