Proper checks for freemode peds, to disallow headblend other way

Pushed a fix for the eye colour.

Pushed fix for using ped handle and commented where its necessary.

The whole data pass is optional because of the headBlend. There are checks for the parameter if its just a model or the whole appearance data so no need to worry.
