Adds the ability to users to send private message to each other.

Changes:

Added a new command (/w NAME MESSAGE) for users to send private messages
- NAME can be used both with or without "@"
Updated a bit how the commands are handled to be able to pass parameters to them
Added a color to both UserColor and MessageColor
