Adding a Discord bot to the server.

Let's you:

Chat seamlessly between Discord and In-Game via a designated discord channel
- Can use the bot name or a webhook
Monitor and interact with the server console via a designated discord channel
Show the actual player count on the bot's status (toggleable)
