Update homepage with new menu #1

This PR updates the menu by removing the previous placeholder and adding the new navigation div. Additionally, it corrects the HTML formatting.

Looks neat! It would be ideal if you were to include testing steps on your PRs. Additionally, a couple screenshots could help, like a Before/After comparison.
