Made grammatical changes #10

Changed "Separate functional teams need to speak the same language The dedicated functional teams are only responsible for their own components and services. " to "Separate functional teams need to speak the same language and the dedicated functional teams are only responsible for their own components and services. "

Also changed "Microservices increase system complexity We have separate services to serve different functions of the system." to "Microservices increase system complexity and we have separate services to serve different functions of the system."

Hey @fmajorcminor that's a real issue 👍 I suggest that you open an issue cause the title and description of your pull request look more like a title and description of an issue rather than a pull request. Then you update the title above with 'Made grammatical changes' instead of 'Make' cause you are not asking somebody to make changes since you are the one who took care of that. And then you reference to the issue you created in the description above + it would be a great thing if you also include a preview of changes you made.
