Translation: Chinese (Simplified) #54

May I ask if you need assistance with English to Simplified Chinese translation? I am an engineer and have experience translated and published several books into Simplified Chinese.

If you have any needs, feel free to contact me. I believe we can finsih it in less than two week.

@wfgydbu I have finished parts of the translation in https://github.com/ictar/system-design-101. If you want, you can join me together to finish it. Plz make an issue to tell me what parts you want to translate in advance or make a review.
