Name Blacklist #62

It would be nice to have a configuration file which can blacklist certain names. A lot of scam tokens will copy other popular token names and some scam tokens reuse the same names. Example, a lot of scam tokens reuse the name Floki Finance (a legit coin)

Not a bad idea, I'll consider that in future.
