Pagination component #153

Add a way to enable keyboard shortcuts j a k are used really often for previous, next. Show tooltips too

@jurajhrib shouldn't we close this? Pagination components are already in the documentation but only thing that is missing are shortcuts. But I don't think that shortcuts should be a part of visage?
