[Select] - add filter prop that allows to filter options in searchable select #644

It should work with optionToString and by default should provide some sort of simple algorithm with possibility to change it. It's basically just a wrapper around options function.

Closing this as won't fix. This can be abstracted in userland. We want to keep Visage components easy to use and close to native ones.
