Impassable terrain may come in the form of large rock formations, possibly mountains, some of which span multiple tiles
These would be separate meshes overlaid on the base terrain. They should clearly look like they are obstructing the terrain and prevent any unit from occupying it.
May require some extra coding to let them be placed with custom rotation in the editor ?
