New settings pane for PTB changes #73

Contains changes to support upcoming discord settings panel changes that are present in the PTB. Will break the fuck out of current discord, so this PR should remain waiting in the wings until that drops then we should release it in a hurry.

May need some cleanup but this pretty much works. And is a lot sexier because we're using discord's styles.
