Adds functionality for fallback emotes within Reddit #77

Adds the ability to use an emote from a subreddit as a fallback emote while allowing a second emote from BPM to be declared. In the format: [](/SubEmote-/BPMEmote-flags)

You should submit this on the master version, Rothera/bpm.

When it's done we plan to, this is just so Byzantine can look over it before that.
