Need to use a particular commit and add this version into the hashing.

Will be redundant the pre-patched SDL is moved to a GitHub repository.

Should consider that the oolite-windows-dependencies is a submodule of Oolite. If checking out from the submodule directly rather than from Oolite then we should ensure that it is the same commit.

Alternatively, any patch files could be brought in-house to this repository. After all, we intend to make the pre-existing windows-dep reposistories redundant.
