[x] refactor calls into actions with proper state implementation
[x] move into a dedicated view component (even if the "builder" is something like a json field)
[x] add a proper collection browser (can be hardcoded for sample collection, but at least add tiles to view) #7
[ ] add view of minted attachment, merged with view of base (for name and URL)

Hope to add the actual character builder UI tomorrow, but here's where thing's stand

still missing the actual character builder and render, but its hardcoded and a json dump for the render and all other front end is mostly working. will merge this and finish with #16
