Update issue templates #60

@basuhi-r the flow is to checkout the develop branch and then create a PR to the develop branch test everything and then it can go to the master branch, with each release we will create a PR to the master branch otherwise the branches will be out of sync

@brili That makes total sense. I think I just used Github's suggested option for updating issues template -- did not carefully check. My bad.
