Map Units vs. km #12

Currently we are often referring to "km". But there might be other map units. The map unit is stored in the CRS/projection. We could read that out and use it instead of "km". Measurements would always be give in the CRS/Projection map unit.

Generally for me it's fine. But it will always be in cm, m, km, or what would be possible other units?
