Fit Vmax/Km to growth curves #11

Daniel thinks we can get a better fit by fitting the Vmax and the Km to the growth curves.

As I was running the COMETS simulations before, this is how the fits look: exp_vs_pred_biomass

Daniel says to plot in semi-log and get the rates to match- it looks like the FBA simulation has a much higher rate.

Cannot make progress on this until the new MS2 model can grow on the expected carbon source(s).
