No growth on 3-hydroxybutane #12

See growth in the lab. Need to gap fill model.

I've tried to gap fill on KBase, and don't get growth on the media I gap filled for.

It looks like KBase is using cpd00797 as 3-hydroxybutyrate (it is technically R-3-Hydroxybutanoate) but R-3-hydroxybutyrate is listed as s ynonym in the modelseed database.

I changed the table used in the growth phenotype test to use that modelseed ID.

And that got growth on 3-hydroxybutyrate: Image
