Haroon found that rxn01537, rxn03075, rxn02485, rxn01539, rxn16671, rxn00184, rxn00260, rxn00416, rxn13659, rxn00877, rxn07774, rxn05988, rxn06329, rxn02756, rxn01261, rxn02204, rxn00669, rxn02203, rxn07776, rxn07775 were added to different models to gap fill on different carbon sources, and then they were causing indiscriminate growth.

[ ] Are these still being added to the model with the new beta-version app?
[ ] What are these reactions and what are they doing?

I checked if any of these reactions were being used when we saw growth on no carbon (#54).
