Remake model with new KBase app #21

Osnat shared narrative showing how to use the new app from KBase that is in beta that worked better for her.

I made a copy of her narrative and tried to use my MIT1002 genome instead, and I got an error at the RAST annotation step:

The RAST app says it was a success, but the logs are filled with errors. And then the following app can't open the results because no new results object was made.

I tried the app with the genome from Osnat's narrative and got the same errors. I asked Osant to rerun everything on her end to see if this is a problem with me or with KBase.
