Daniel wants to gapfill for single blocked biomass components before doing "global gap filling" so that we can more intelligently say that a specific reaction/pathway unblocks classes of components (i.e. nitrogen-containing compounds).
Is this possible in KBase? If you change the model objective, does the gap-filling tool overwrite the new objective with the biomass again?
