I want to figure out how KBase is going from the RAST annotation to the ModelSEED IDs to resolve #49.

It looks like the actual code for building the models is from ModelSEEDpy: https://github.com/ModelSEED/ModelSEEDpy/blob/e08b3726eb39b3fbf9960677047583c2951b9f0e/modelseedpy/core/msbuilder.py#L927
