Check biomass component producibility before and after adding Michelle's reaction #68

Want a big heat map of the biomass components (there should be some sort of grouping of minimal, core biomass, and full KBase biomass) as the rows, and the columns as the different states of the model (right after making it in KBase, after adding all of Michelle's reactions, anything else?).

Minimal biomass could just be amino acids and cofactors we know are there.
