How does CUE change when the objective function is changed? I.e. maximizing biomass production vs minimizing ATP usage?

I think this is better suited for the "theory" paper than for the wet-lab collaboration paper. So I am closing this issue, but I made a related issue for the theory paper repository: https://github.com/segrelab/cue-simulations/issues/7
