A matismenu is implemented in the Cassiopea template. This is a very well developed accessible multi-level menu. Could you please implement this menu in your template?

Can do. I tried to make the current menu as lightweight as possible, however I'm not accessibility expert, so assume it has some issues with it. I'll look into metismenu when I get a chance.

Even if it (HiQ css) could be integrated with maxi-menu-ck ( https://extensions.joomla.org/extension/maxi-menu-ck/ ) plugin module - it would be very helpful,

I'm currently trying to make the styles & themes compatible with my HiQ custom (user.css) settings on the template it's tricky but not impossible, hopefully, I will whip up a script for the Theme ' Css3megamenu ' This theme is largely inspired by the Mega menu tutorial on net.tutsplus.com and maybe I'll put it ( custom script with HiQ setting compatible style ) up here if anyone else needs it.?

I've been having real trouble trying to replicate the Menu Style of the Nav-Bar above, as I wanted a similar style in the footer ,but I have been having no luck as the footer container seems to throw the style off,

You'll probably not find a menu that just fits in with HIQ CSS. Joomla and its extensions are tightly coupled to Bootstrap. Using Lightning means you'll probably need to create some layout overrides and add some custom CSS.

Then perhaps you will implement accessible-menu-bootstrap-5?
