Vue Implementation #25

Implement a POC (proof of concept) for each researched web framework (minimum 3). Each POC must include at least a homepage for your startup. Make an issue for each POC so they can be tracked correctly.

Scrapped Vue POC due to choosing Bootstrap. We are keeping POCs to 3 as all members are strapped for time. POCs are now: Agular, Bootstrap, and React.

Vue had too many issues when downloading and editing framework which is why we choose bootstrap instead
