The y-axis values fall into discrete categories (eg 6%, 12%, 18% etc) These can;t really correspond to discrete pixel values unless the scaling is incorrect. (As I understand it, the motion is meant to indicate the % motion relative to the entire frame. As such, a 5% shift would imply a 25 pixel shift between adjacent strips.)
