Work on the EnsembleSampler class to bring it closer to a releasable state:

Added methods for results access which mirror other sampling classes.
Added docstrings for all relevant methods.
Added the class to the source files for the online docs.

Also fixed an issue which was causing docs builds on ReadTheDocs to fail due to using an old version of sphinx.
